Bluetooth LE MCU works over -40° to 125°C

The CC2540TF256 SimpleLink 2.4 GHz Bluetooth Low Energy wireless microcontroller offers an extended temperature range of -40° to 125°C for industrial applications. It also has a HS USB port, 256 Kbytes of flash, 8 Kbytes of SRAM, an AES security coprocessor, an eight channel 12-bit A/D converter, and integrated MCU and RF.

The device comes in a 6 × 6 mm QFN40 package and takes 24 ma maximum in transmit and just 0.4 μA in interrupt sleep mode from a 2 to 3.6 V supply. Its RF link budget is up to 97 dB.
