Board processes stereo audio signals The AudioMax series of stereo audio
multiplexing and processing boards control the processing and mixing of
audio from multiple stereo sources. Configurations include two to eighteen
stereo inputs, one to six stereo outputs, and up to six digitally
controlled audio processors. The processors have separate volume, balance,
bass, treble, and mute controls with linear stereo, pseudo stereo, spatial
stereo, and forced mono modes. Up to 64 boards can be combined per system.
The multiplexers and audio processors have small-signal bandwidths of
300 kHz and 20 Hz to 20 kHz, respectively. The THD is 0.04% max, the
channel separation is 100 dB, the output impedance is 10 ohms, and the
maximum voltage gain is 6 dB. The board's operating temperature range is
0 degrees to 70 degreesC. A device driver and software toolkit library of
C-callable subroutines for DOS are available. (Starting at $795–stock to
6 weeks.) MaxMedia Inc., Lake Bluff, IL Bari Ari 708-234-8840
