The TS3300 boost regulator uses 3.5-µA supply current, and features 84% efficiency performance over 100:1 output current span. It is the first boost with linear regulator that operates from 0.6 up to 4.5-V supply voltages and can deliver at least 75-mA continuous output current.
The boost converter can be powered from a wide variety of power sources including single or multiple-cell alkaline or single lithium batteries. The output voltage range can be user-set from 1.8 to 5.25 V to power analog circuits, microcontrollers and low-energy Bluetooth radios simultaneously. It draws 3.5-µA no-load supply current, suits ‘always on’ and other battery-powered or portable applications. Pricing starts at $0.85 ea/1,000 pieces.
