If you’re in Boston April 10 – 12, 2014, check out the Boston FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Regional Robotics Competition, a one-of-a-kind program for middle and high school students founded by inventor Dean Kamen.
Designed to encourage students to pursue science and engineering, FIRST, works with mentors within business, education and government to make science as cool as sports.
For more information about FIRST and how you can get involved, visit the international FIRST website.
Check out the event information and last year’s agenda if you’re interested in attending. It's open to the public.
