Bridge rectifier comes in SMDIP package

The CBRSDSH5-40 Schottky bridge rectifier is packaged in the surface mount DIP case. It is said to be the first surface-mount 5-A 40-V full-wave bridge rectifier and has a 0.37-VF and a 40-µA reverse current.

The bridge rectifier uses 56% less board space compared to four individual Schottky rectifiers in the SMC package. The rectifier suits a broad range of solid-state lighting and power management applications. ($0.24 ea/1,000 — available now.)
