Bridge rectifiers use
glass-passivated chips

The 4GBUxxLS Series single-phase bridge
rectifiers are made with glass-passivated chips
for operation in high-temperature environments
and reverse-bias characteristics. The devices
carry a temperature rating of –55° to
150°C.

Specifications include a current rating of 4 A, a
forward voltage drop of 0.975 V at 25°C, and
voltage ratings of 200, 400, and 600 V. The
devices' 4-pin SIP package meets UL E160375.
