Available in a 35-mm housing and weighing 360 g, the 35GLT brush dc motors offer maximum continuous torque approaching 150 mNm, presented as a 25% improvement over similar solutions. The RoHS-compliant motors also deliver 40% higher torque-to-volume ratio when compared with standard iron core motors of similar frame size, suiting applications such as food processing, door automation, seat automation, missile actuation, and hospital bed applications.

The motors are available with five winding types in voltages from 24 to 90 V, and are customizable for a range of gearboxes and encoders. The 48-V coil version has only 0.4% speed variation at a load fluctuation of 5 mNm and a continuous torque of 100 mNm.

For highly demanding applications where thermal management is a prerequisite, the motors offer better ambient heat dissipation (measured by joule loss) than comparable motors, and can also be customized with a proprietary fiber wrap insulation to further improve heat dissipation.
