The Model 505 is a brushless servoamplifier with built-in frequency-to-voltage
converter that creates velocity feedback from encoder or motor Hall signals.
The amplifier operates off 18 to 55 Vdc, develops +/-10 A at +/-48 V, and +/-5
A continuous. It also provides 5 V at 200 mA to power encoder and Hall sensors.
The Model 505 measures 4.75 x 3.27 x 1.28 in., has a switching frequency of 25
kHz, drives BLDC motors with inductance down to 300 microhenries, and has an
efficiency of 95% at full load. ($340–stock to 4 weeks ARO.)
