The 330 series solid-state drive has a SATA 6 Gbits/s interface and capacities of 60, 120, or 180 Gbytes. It uses 25 nm MLC NAND flash and fits a 2.5 inch form factor with a 9.5 mm height.
Active power draw is 850 mW typical and idle power is 600 mW. The drive performs up to 500 Mbyte/s sequential reads and up to 450 Mbyte/s sequential writes.
