Buffer amp operates to 850 MHz
The HFA1112 closed-loop buffer amp has a -3-dB bandwidth of 850 MHz. The
device offers 0.033 dB of gain flatness to 100 MHz, a 1,700-V/μs slew
rate, and user-programmable closed-loop voltage gain of +1, -1, or +2
without external resistors. Other features of the HFA1112 include a 7-ns
settling time to 0.1%, third harmonic distortion of -80 dB at 50 MHz, and
an output current capability of 60 mA. In addition, the device has a
differential gain and phase of 0.02% and 0.02 degrees, respectively. The
HFA1112 consumes 21 mA from a +/-5-V supply and comes in 8-pin plastic
