Buffer/inverter logic ICs are ultra-low power

The miniature 74AUP2G family of advanced ultra-low power CMOS logic devices include seven versions of dual inverters and buffers. The chips use a 0.8 to 3.6 V supply, have ±4 mA output drive at 3 V, static supply current of PD for low dynamic power.

The devices come in three different leadless packages: DFN0910, DFN1010, and DFN1410.  The DFN0910 package is just 0.9 x 1.0 x 0.35 mm – one of the world's smallest six-pin packages. An example device is the 74AUP2G3404 buffer/inverter and all devices are priced at $0.13 each in single reel quantities of 5,000.
