Burn-in socket holds tape packs The Series 667 burn-in socket has a
top-actuated design with registration pins for easy loading and unloading
of molded carrier ring JEDEC tape packs. It is available in ring sizes to
hold 26 x 26-, 36 x 36-, 46 x 46-, and 56 x 56-mm packages for burn-in
applications up to 150 degreesC. The socket is made of UL 94V-0-rated
material and has beryllium copper, gold-over-nickel plated contacts.
