C-band amps are 43% more power efficient

Designed to be used in satellite earth stations, the MGFC50G5867 and MGFC47G5867 gallium nitride (GaN) high-electron-mobility transistor (HEMT) C-band (4 to 8-GHz) amplifiers feature power outputs of 100 and 50 W, respectively.
