M-series-based shielded cabinets are tested to MIL-STD-461D EMC specifications and provide such EMC-related features as shielded door handles, wrap-foam gasketing around doors with conductive adhesives, EMI filters, copper gasket fingers, and steel-mesh gasket strips. For advanced shielding needs, units can also be built with tin-plating or other conductive metal surfaces to help reduce radiated emissions; minimum field attenuation of 60 dB (100 kHz to 1 GHz) is achievable.
The units also meet MIL-STD-901D and -810F shock and vibration specs. Built with rugged steel or aluminum frames, the cabinets have reinforced corner members, cross-bracing, and stiffeners. ($6,500 — available now.)
