Vertical cable connectors have a contact pitch of 0.4 mm, said to be the industry’s smallest, and profile of 1.5 mm (when mounted). The vertically mated, top-loaded connectors feature plug dimensions of 1.2 x 2 mm, enabling the connector to run through a 3-mm-diameter hinge hole.

The two-point contact structure of the connectors improve resistance to vibration and the number of times mating can be repeated, while securing a 0.6 mm-long effective joint area. The receptacles are compatible with both FPC and Wire Types of plugs. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
