Camera program allows high-accuracy profiling

Based on Ultracal, LBA version 4.8x image control and analysis software can calculate baselines to better than 1/8th of one digital count, pixel by pixel. Operating on Windows Vista 32, the program includes 2D and 3D viewing, user-defined apertures, multiframe averaging and summing, zooming to 32 times original size, and user-selectable z-axis scaling.

The software is available in FireWire and USB camera version. Designed for R&D and manufacturing, it has an ActiveX interface for sharing data with, say, MATLAB and LabVIEW. (Free download available now.)
