Suited for transaction and POS (point-of-sale) applications, the CCM01 and CCM02 Series PCI and PCI-ready smart card connectors feature a sealed, normally open card detection switch and a card guide with a chamfered opening. The eight-contact, PCI-ready connectors have an EMV-compatible minimum cycle mechanical life of 500,000, with a 40-N max card insertion force, contact force ranging from 0.20 to 0.5 N.
