CCFL transformers suit Royer circuits

Designed to work with Royer class self-oscillating circuits, the Coiltronics brand CCFL transformers suit CCFL power inverters that transform low dc input voltage to high sinusoidal ac voltage. A current-fed, push-pull topology is commonly used to power the CCFL transformer.

Transformer features include a frequency range from 40 to 80 kHz, output power from 2.5 to 14 W, 1,500-V primary to secondary isolation, through-hole and SMT availability, and ferrite core material. (Contact the company for pricing and availability.)
