The NMA series of SMT ceramic capacitors feature AEC-Q200 qualification and operate from -55° to 125°C. They come in in 0402, 0603, and 0805 case sizes with NPO (C0G) and X7R dielectrics.
The caps are produced at TS-16949 certified production sites and have voltage ratings of 50V and 100V (NPO), and 16V, 25V, 50V and 100V (X7R). Capacitance values range from 4.7 pF to 0.1 uF and the ROHS compliant chips cost $0.02 to $0.10 each in production volumes.
