Ceramic chip caps handle up to 150°C

Available in case sizes between 1005 and 3225, two X8R multilayer ceramic chip capacitors are available for rated voltages of 16, 25, 50 Vdc and cover a capacitance range of 10 nF and 10 μF. Dielectric material boosts capacitance by a factor of up to two, maintaining reliability and thermal characteristics in extreme environments of car engine compartments and industrial equipment.

The X8R MLCCs feature a temperature range from –55° to 150°C with a maximum capacitance drift of ±15%. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
