The 440L series of AC Line-rated ceramic disc capacitors provides high reliability for Class X1 (760 Vac) and Class Y1 (500 Vac) applications in accordance with IEC 60384-14. They now feature values from 10 to 20,000 pF.
For values above 330 pF, the dielectric is Y5U, with temperature stability of +22/–56% over –30°C to 85°C. Size ranges from 0.33 to 0.85 inches in diameter with thickness from 0.19 to 0.35 inches. Lead diameter is 0.032 inches. Tolerance is ±10% or ±20% and dissipation factor is 2.0% maximum at 1 kHz. From $0.80 ea/1,000.
