If you do business in consumer electronics you will want to visit The International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, which will have over 2 million square feet of exhibit space. More than 3,700 exhibitors will vie for your attention, and you can mingle with the expected 168,000 total attendees.
There will be 33 conference tracks covering everything from broadband, to digital health, to robotics, to sensors and MEMS technology. Conference sessions run Monday to Thursday.
Take note of the three keynotes this year. On Monday from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. Boo-Keun Yoon, president and CEO of consumer electronics at Samsung Electronics, will speak, followed at 8 to 9 p.m. by Dieter Zetsche, chairman, board of management/head at Mercedes-Benz Cars who will discuss autonomous vehicle technology. Dr. Zetsche will also feature the world debut of a new car concept. Tuesday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Intel Corp. CEO Brian Krzanich will address what’s next in computing innovation and the forces driving the next wave of consumer technology.
