The two-part Polymer System EP31 features adhesion with a lap shear strength exceeding 4,600 psi, a peel strength surpassing 40 pli, a tensile modulus of more than 410,000 psi and a flexural strength of over 13,000 psi. Resistant to water, oil and fuels, the adhesive is also an electrical insulator, has a Shore D Hardness ≥ 75, low shrinkage upon cure and is easily processed with a 3 to 1 mix ratio by weight.
Available in both black and optically clear, the adhesive can cure at room temperature or more quickly at elevated temperatures, with service temperatures of –60° to 250°F.
