Chip capacitors suit high-RF power designs

Designed for high-RF power designs, the MCH and MCHN multilayer RF chip capacitors suit applications such as MRI coils, plasma chambers, baluns, lasers, RF power amplifiers, antennas, and transmitters. The MCH is offered in 2,500- and 4,000-Vdc ratings and is constructed with a high-Q alumina silicate/resin/epoxy to avoid cracking and delaminating.

The MCH is offered in a 9.9 x 9.9-mm case size in values from 10 to 220 pF at 4,000 Vdc and up to 1,000 pF at 2,500 Vdc. A nonmagnetic version, the MCHN, is available for applications such as MRI where strong magnetic fields are present. (From less than $5 ea/large qty—stock to 8 weeks ARO.)
