Chip inductors are ultra-small
LL1608 chip inductors have a footprint of only 1.6 x 0.8 mm and a height
of only 0.8 mm. The inductors are available in 13 inductance values,
ranging from 3.9 through 39 nH, with tolerances of 10% or 20%. Typical Q's
are over 25 at 800 MHz, and the operating temperature range is -30 degrees
to +85 degreesC. The chokes are available on tape and reel in quantities
of 5,000 pieces per reel. (Less than $0.25 ea/5,000–8 weeks ARO.) Toko
