Chip Resistors are automotive grade

The NTRA series (Example: NTRA10HF1003) automotive grade thin film chip resistors target precision applications. They are AEC Q-200 qualified and supported from a TS-16494 certified component production site.

The resistors come in EIA 0402 through 2512 case sizes, with power ratings of 0.063 to 0.5 W. Optional higher power and voltage ratings are supported for 0603 to 2010 case sizes. Operating temperature range is -55° to 155°C, with power derated above +70°C. Voltage ratings are 25 to 200 V, with resistance values from 10 to 10 MΩ, and tolerances of ±1% to ±0.05% available, with a temperature coefficient of ±25 or ±50 ppm/°C.
