Chip resistors extend resistance values

The SC-3 series SMT chip resistors come in values to 100 kΩ and voltage ratings to 100 V. Able to dissipate up to 3 W at 70C, the resistor features a TCR of ±100 ppm/C, an absolute tolerance to ±1%. and an operating temperature range from 55° to 150°C.

The chip resistors feature leach-resistant 60/40 tin/lead or 100% matte-tin-over-nickel-plated wraparound terminations. ($0.25 ea/1,000—stock to 10 weeks ARO.)
