Chip resistors operate in temps to 200°C

Offered in chip sizes including 1206, 2010, and 2512, the HTC Series high-temperature thick-film chip resistors feature operating temperatures from -55° to 200°C, and values of 1.0 Ω to 10 MΩ. Maximum voltage ratings for the 1206, 2010, and 2512 sizes are 200, 400, and 500 V, respectively. Tolerances are to ±0.5%, ±1%, and ±5%, with absolute TCRs of ±100 ppm/°C.

The resistors have Pb-free wraparound terminations with a leach-resistant nickel barrier, and meet MIL-STD-202 specifications for load life, moisture resistance, and thermal shock. Custom devices are also available. (From $0.37 to $0.42 ea/5,000 — 7 to 8 weeks ARO.)
