Chipset creates MIL-COTS power

Consisting of a 28-Vdc input PRM regulator along with VTM Series current multipliers providing an output voltage from 1 to 50 Vdc, the MIL-COTS V•I Chip family of devices can provide up to 100 A or 115 W for a system density of 172 A/in3 or 198 W/in3 .

Deployable in parallel for higher power, the encapsulated parts are available with a filter (M-FIAM7) to provide EMI filtering to MIL-STD-461 and transient suppression to MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-704 and DO-160. Evaluation boards are also available. (From less than $170 ea/large qty—stock.)
