The SMA6J 600-W peak-pulse-power clamping diode operates at up to a 175°C junction temperature, and is offered as the industry’s first 10/1,000-µs device of its type in an SMA package. Available in both unidirectional and bidirectional versions, the clamping diode protects sensitive electronic equipment in all industry sectors against ESD and power surges.
