The space-grade class G connectors now meet MIL-DTL-38999 thermal vacuum outgassing specifications. Using a special potting and lubricant material, outgassing the connectors is achieved by baking them at 350°C for 48 hours.
Housed in lightweight aluminum shells and standard M39029 copper alloy contacts, the robust connectors offer operating temperatures of –65° to 200°C and can withstand up to 500 mating cycles.
