Clock generators integrate MEMS resonator

Housed in a 22-pin QFN package, the SiT9103 and SiT9104 MEMS-based clock generators are multi-PLL, multi-output, highly programmable timing solutions that integrate a MEMS resonator. The SiT9103 provides three differential clock outputs that can operate at up to 800 MHz.

The SiT9104 provides six single-ended clock outputs, two from each PLL, which can operate at up to 220 MHz. Each PLL and associated pair of clock outputs can be driven by independent voltage supplies (1.8, 2.5, 2.8 or 3.3 V), and each output pair on the differential output SiT9103 can be configured to one of three signaling levels, LVPECL, LVDS or CML.
