Clock oscillator offers high temperature

Ideal for applications which are used in demanding mechanical and high thermal situations including: downhole instrumentation, rotary shaft sensors, underground mining tools and avionics applications, the LHAT clock oscillator series are capable of operating at temperatures from 25° to 200°C. They are available with a frequency range of 320 kHz to 50 MHz, a frequency stability of ±100 ppm over 25° to 150°C, and also ±175 ppm over 25° to 200°C for applications that need a higher temperature range.

Operating at 3.3 V, this CMOS output clock oscillator can withstand a shock of 30,000g (at 0.3-ms ½ sine) and a vibration of 20 G (at 10 to 2,000-Hz swept sine) as per MIL-STD-202G Method 204D condition D. The LHAT clock oscillator series is housed in a 7 x 5-mm dual hermetically sealed ceramic package with gold-plated kovar leads attached using a robust eutectic brazing process.
