The T5000 clock oscillator offers a stability of ±10 ppm over −40° to 85°C. It is suited for network applications such as PDAs, routers, switches, 802.11 wireless networking systems, WiMAX, and digital equipment.

Features include operating voltages from 1.8 to 3.3 V, a frequency range of 1 to 50 MHz, a phase jitter of 1 ps max, and a typical current consumption of less than 6 mA. The T5000 measures 3.2 x 2.5 mm and has a CMOS output. ($0.80 ea/prod qty — available now.)
