Clock oscillators offer low cycle-to cycle jitter

The SiT9001 and SiT9002 spread-spectrum clock oscillators provide a cycle-to-cycle jitter of less than 30 ps and include an embedded MEMS resonator as the clock reference, which eliminates the need for external components. Available in a standard-footprint four-pad 2.5 x 2.0-mm package, the SiT9001 offers a programmable frequency range of 1 to 200 MHz.

Available in six-pad 5.0 x 3.2-mm and 7.0 x 5.0-mm packages, the SiT9002 offers LVDS, LVPECL, and CML outputs and a frequency range from 10 to 220 MHz. The SiT9002 offers frequency tolerance of 25 or 50 ppm when spread spectrum is turned off. Both parts offer programmable operating voltages of 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V.
