Ideal for A/D and D/A converter clock sources, the 7190 multifrequency clock synthesizer offers simultaneous synthesis of up to five different frequencies and eight output clocks that are phase locked to an external frequency reference, typically 5 or 10 MHz.

Features include a typical phase noise of −125 dBc/Hz at 1-kHz offset, output clocks of 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16 submultiples of VCXO base frequencies, and output clock frequencies from 50 to 500 MHz. It uses an industry-standard 32-bit 33/66-MHz PCI interface fully compatible with PCI bus specifications. The 7190 is supported with a ReadyFlow Board Support Package running under Linux, Windows, or VxWorks operating systems. ($2,495 8 to 10 weeks ARO.)
