The CVCO55CC-0827-0840 VCO operates from 827 to 840 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.2 to 4.7 Vdc. The VCO features a typical phase noise of –124 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset.
It also exhibits an output power of –6 dBm typ into a 50-W load with a supply of 5 Vdc and a current consumption of 30 mA typ. Pushing and Pulling are both minimized to 0.05 MHz/V and second-harmonic suppression is –18 dBc typ. The part is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.220-in. SMT package.
