ColdFire+ 32-bit MCUs feature low power, low cost

The MCF51Q and MCF51J ColdFire+ MCU families encompass 40 devices that feature 32-bit performance, small packages, and the ability to run currents down to 150 uA/MHz. Available in packages as small as 5 x 5 mm, the very-low-cost MCUs have up to 128 Kbytes of flash and additional FlexMemory flash with 10 M write/erase cycle endurance and write speeds as fast as 100 µs.

The devices feature a 12- or 16-bit A/D converter, a touch sense interface, and a crypto acceleration unit with random number generator.
