COM Express module has 8 Gbytes of ECC RAM

The conga-MA3E COM Express Mini module Type 10 uses an Atom E3845 or E3827 series quad- or dual-core CPU and features up to 8 Gbytes of ECC DDR3L memory running at 1333 Mt/s. It also has a eMMC 4.51 storage interface for up to 64 Gbytes of removable flash.  

The card has a GbE port, a USB 3.0 and six USB 2.0 ports, four PCI Express 2.0 lanes, two SATA interfaces, HD audio, and fast Intel HD graphics Gen 7, along with LVDS and Displayport interfaces. The 2.17 x 3.31 inch card comes in commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
