The WE-CMBNC current-compensated common mode chokes are made with nanocrystalline cores and feature broadband attenuation. Nanocrystalline cores are said to have 20 times more permeability than MnZn and NiZn core materials.
The chokes come in five sizes from 16 x 7.5 mm to 48 x 21 mm. Current ratings range from 0.9 to 38 amps. An example type L unit (7448042001) has 1 mh inductance, 20 A maximum current and 2.4 mΩ DCR, with 22 DB common-mode attenuation at 40 MHz. The devices are rated for 1,500 Vac.
