The ECS100 family of single-output 100-W ac/dc power supplies measures 2 x 4 x 1.20 in., fits into a standard 1U space, and offers a power density of 10.4 W-in.3 The supplies meet the internationally recognized safety approvals for medical devices and IT equipment and are suitable for applications such as drug delivery devices for the medical market.
The units can provide 80 W when convection cooled, and require only 10-cfm forced airflow to provide 100-W output. The supply series achieves 88% typical efficiency andhas an 80 to 264-Vac input voltage range. The five models offer nominal outputs of 12, 15, 24, 28, or 48 Vdc.
