The BCH 100 is a compact dc output UPS system designed for industrial environments, and features a built-in battery charger section that provides 100-W output and power for float charging the external battery. The standard single output float voltage options include 13.8, 27.6, or 55.2 Vdc. The unit operates from a 95 to 264-Vac universal input.
The UPS has a low-battery disconnect circuit to prevent damage to the external battery by low discharge during prolonged ac failure. The battery input is also protected against accidental reverse battery connection by a crossbar diode and internal safety fuse. A built in redundancy diode prevents battery discharge back into the charger if the ac is disconnected or collapses. Its operation range is 0C to 50C without derating. ($150 ea/100 – available now.)
