The AMxG-Z 3-W series single- and dual-output dc/dc converters are encased in a SIP8 package and provide 3,000-Vdc isolation. They consist of 56 models with 2:1 input ranges of 9 to 18 Vdc, 18 to 36 Vdc, and 36 to 72 Vdc in a standard SIP8 package. The modules are well suited for datacom equipment, battery-operated equipment, distributed-power systems, telecom equipment, mixed-analog/digital subsystems, computer peripheral systems, and industrial robotic systems.
The converters have a single- and dual-output range of 3.3, 5, 12, 15 Vdc with 84% efficiency and offer short-circuit protection. Additional features include ±10% output trim function and a remote on/off control, with an operating temperature range of –40° to 71°C and to 85°C with derating. ($11.95 ea/1,000 — available now.)
