The TWM65 series of 2 x 3-in. open-frame ac/dc power supplies feature 65-W output, 0.2-W no-load power consumption and medical-ITE dual approvals. The supplies feature 90 to 264-Vac input and 0.95 power factor. They are available with factory preset single outputs from 12.0 to 56.9 Vdc in 0.1-V increments. A 5-V/40-W output model is also available.
The power supplies feature 2x Method of Patient Protection (MOPP) to comply with body floating requirements. The supplies operate from –20° to +70°C ambient temperature and is greater than 87% efficient under full load. The MTBF of the series at full load and 25°C ambient temperature is 155,000 hours calculated per MIL-HDBK-217F. The models feature overvoltage, overload, and short-circuit protections.
