The MR0611S series of single-output 6-W dc/dc converters are packaged in a compact 1 x 1 x 0.46-in. case. The converters feature 40–160 Vdc (110 Vdc nominal) 4:1 inputs, providing regulated single outputs of 5, 12, 15, or 24 Vdc. They suit railway/transit applications.
Four standard converter models offer line/load regulation <1.0%, input/output isolation of 1,500 Vdc, and efficiency to 85%. All models are protected for output short-circuit faults and output over current faults. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) is greater than 1.0 Mh. The operating range is –40°C to +85°C. All models are available on an adapter to allow mounting to a chassis.
