Comparator is capable of 890 Mbits/s operation

The LTC6754 LVDS output comparator is capable of toggle rates up to 890 Mbits/s, with only 1.8 ns propagation delay, 1 ns overdrive dispersion, and 1.5 psRMS jitter. The chip is fully specified for –40° to 85°C or –40° to 125°C operation and its quiescent current is only 13.4 mA.

The ICs differential inputs work beyond both rails and have  4.5 mV of hysteresis to minimize instability. Its supply range is 2.4 to 5.25 V. The IC comes in 6-lead SC70 or 3 x 3 mm QFN12 packages, with the QFN12 offerings additional features including adjustable hysteresis, latching, separate input and output supplies, and shutdown.
