Comparators offer high speed and precision
The LM6685 and LM6687 single- and dual-voltage comparator, respectively,
each have a propagation delay of 2.6 ns and an offset voltage of 1.9 mV.
The devices have differential analog inputs and ECL-compatible outputs,
which are capable of driving 50-ohm terminated transmission lines. A
built-in latch function allows each comparator to be used independently in
a sample-and-hold mode. The LM6685/6687 come in plastic DIPs and SO
