Component cooler uses no CFCs Designed for thermal testing of electronic
components, this Component Cooler uses a Vortex tube to direct
-40 °C compressed air to the component. It eliminates the hazards of
using CFCs and has no moving parts. A thumb-activated air valve in the
cooler's handle allows intermittent use. The cooler is supplied with a
1/8-in. diameter nozzle but can be optionally equipped with a 1-in.
