Compute modules use Zynq 7000 programmable SoC

The MicroZed industrial system-on-modules and single board computer feature a Xilinx Zynq All Programmable SoC with dual 32-bit Cortex-A9 processors. The standard SOM card (AES-Z7MB-7Z010-SOM-G), the cost optimized SOM card, and the SBC versions each have a Zynq 7010 or 7020 with 28 K or 85 K logic cells and 240 or 560 Kbytes of block RAM.

Common features across all three board types are 1 Gbyte of DDR3 SDRAM, 128 Mbytes of QSPI flash, a Micro SD card port, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, a 33.33 MHz oscillator, USB 2.0, a UART, a JTAG configuration port, and user I/O. From $169 each. The standard SOM card is available now, others later this year.
