Configurable tiny logic chips provide flexibility

The multi-function TinyLogic 74AUP family of devices have configurable logic gates that enable multiple logic functions from a single two-input device. The family of five ICs can do nine different logic functions: AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR, XNOR, MUX, inverter, and buffer.

The 74AUP1G57/G58/G97/G98/T98 operate from 0.8 to 3.6 V with a drive capability of 4 ma and switching speeds of 3 to 15 ns. The ICs feature static current consumption of just 0.9 µa and they come in tiny MicroPck and MicroPac2 packages. All inputs are implemented with hysteresis to allow for slower transition input signals and better switching noise immunity. ($0.13 ea/1,000 samples available now.)
